Simple’s Micellar Cleansing Wipe | Review

After one too many greasy pad thai’s in Thailand I’ve still been using my Simple Skincare bit’s to help my skin detox in conjuction with getting back to my normal nutrient high diet.

Without my favourite fruit & veggies (HOLLA KALE) my skin tends to get dull and dry. Also Thailand took a nice dig at my skin and the heat caused my skin to develop bumpy sunspots. Lil’ tip, aim for brightly coloured fruit & vegetables & lots of water to detox from the inside.

I’ve been trying out lots of Simple’s Micellar range and the micellar wipes have been added to my travel bag essential list. I’m not usually into wipes, but the sun spots/ plus the clammy autumn air in Belfast made my skin feel grubby during the day. They are INCREDIBLY wet wipes, and it does feel like the sink is coming to you when you use these. Perfect if your skin is de-hydrated! The residue left of the skin feels like you’ve just applied a cleansing water which I feel makes the wipes feel less abrasive then usual ones. I prefer to use these as an on-the-go refresh, or for emergency makeup removal, however I do recommend the micellar water and eye make-up remover from Simple for a more thorough & gentle cleanse. You can read my review on those here.

I would highly recommend these for wipe-lovers who struggle to find moisturizing wipes! (Simple Micellar Wipes £3.99)
